For shallow applications, plastic enclosures offer many advantages: lighter weight, corrosion resistance and reduction in cost for example.

We are ready to design custom enclosure to your requirements from delrin, PVC, acrylic or other suitable plastics. We have also developed a line of plastic enclosures ready for your prototyping needs. Our Easypods can be configured to your requirements while allowing for a fast turnaround time.

EasyPods standard diameters are based on acrylic tubing size or PVC pipe sizes, from 4 Inch to 8 Inch in diameter. Enclosure lengths are customer specified.

You can select the tubes to be transparent (acrylic or PVC) or standard white PVC color. Endcaps can be made out of acrylic as well but we do recommend using PVC endcaps when fitting with U/W connectors.
